Blissful Bubbles Boutique started as a small business in the Hart Shopping Centre, where members of the community could stop by & purchase items like bath bombs, soaps, and scrubs.
Since their start, Blissful Bubbles has worked to support the community in many ways as they expanded to their second location in Pine Centre Mall. For the last 3 years, Blissful Bubbles has provided families with a free way to celebrate Easter & get out of the house by visiting the many parks in Prince George. Every Easter, they have held a scavenger hunt for Blissful Bubble “goodies” that have been hidden away in parks throughout the community. These products are available to anyone that can find them, at no cost.
“We wanted to provide something fun for families to do with their kids where they didn’t have to think about how expensive it would be” says Co-Owner Corry Scott, “an Easter hunt gets people out of the house & having fun together”.
In addition to the yearly hunt, last year saw even more product deliveries for Blissful Bubbles Boutique. They held a “Patio Ninja” of their own, where community members could join a conversation on Facebook for the chance to be one of the people to have a basket of Blissful Bubbles products discreetly left on their porch at some point in the day – bringing a great sense of positivity to the community while people spent more time at home than ever.
Finally, the team at Blissful Bubbles has worked hard to support charitable organizations here in their community. In the past, they have created a “Donation Bath Bomb”, where they create a new bath bomb concept where 100% of the proceeds go towards supporting their chosen charity. Past causes have been boob-shaped bath bombs in support of breast cancer research, and bath bombs featuring animal faces that were being assisted by PG Animal Rescue. Blissful Bubbles Boutique states they are hard at work conceptualizing a concept for a new & upcoming Donation Bath Bomb.
