Jim Ewert, co-partner of the business, states that community support is so important to the team because it helps to make sure they can enjoy the space they are in, and give back to a community that has supported their business.
Past organizations that have received support from the Hart Home Hardware & Drug Store include the Therapeutic Riding Association, Hart Skate Park, and Hart Ski Hill.
A wide range of youth sports have also been supported by the business, with Jim explaining they’ve helped support the Nordic Cross Country Skiing & PG Spruce Kings, as well as youth Baseball & Football teams in the community.
As the area sees a return to more organized sports & activities, the Hart Home Hardware & Drug Store team looks to continue their support of local organizations and charities.
Jim Ewert explains that “we’re only here because of the support of the customers over the last 40 years, so we think it is important for us to give back & support them as well”.
