Many retailers are pulling the incredibly spicy “One Chip Challenge” after the death of 14-year-old in the US.
The teen reportedly ate the chip and died hours later.
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is now recalling the chip for it’s “adverse reactions”
They are calling on Canadians to not “Do not consume, use, sell, serve or distribute recalled products.”

According to the US-based Poison Control, the tortilla contains Carolina Reaper and the Naga Viper peppers.
The “One Chip Challenge” became widely popular after going viral on social media.
