Setting goals are a great idea for self improvement. Large goals with smaller goals/checkpoints are fun to put infront of yourself. Doing this can help you get closer to something new. If you want to become healthier in 2024, perhaps start small at first. Jumping on a treadmill for an hour or doing a marathon with no cardio practice can be too much. One step at a time and a day hike can eventually turn into a mountain climb. You got this!
