Some quick tips to stay cool and hydrated during the summer:
- Eat foods with high water content like watermelon, grapefruit, celery and cantaloupe
- Water boring? Flavor it! Lemon, lime, strawberries or a flavor product like “Mio”
- Soak your head! Nothing wrong with going for a dip in a pool, river or lake
- Carry a water bottle. It’s hard to forget to drink water when it’s always there.
- Wear light coloured clothing
- Take a break indoors from time to time. Even being in the shade under a tree can help keep you cool.
