It was a few years ago where I had to apply for and pay for an official certificate in town. It was a marriage license. Myself and my would-be wife were at the office, talking with the staff, asking questions while things were being processed and then, was handed the certificate. I almost made my way out before I realized, we didn’t actually pay for anything. I went back and paid for it but what would you have done?
