Attention Campers! It’s almost time to start booking your campsites if you plan to camp in BC Provincial Parks this summer.
BC Parks sent out an email detailing important dates for booking starting with the 2025 May long weekend.
The four-month rolling window will open most May long weekend reservations starting January 16th. Reservations can be made at 7 am PST. Set your reminder as this is our busiest long weekend of the year!
A reminder that long weekend reservations require a minimum 3-night booking for frontcountry camping that includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.
BC Parks reminds campers of “the golden rule of reservations: book only what you need”.
Parks Canada is also opening up reservations for their National Parks. Banff National Park for example will start taking camping reservations on January 24th.
