Instead of an All Star Game this year the NHL has opted to put on the 4 Nations Face-Off in Montreal and Boston February 12-20th.
Canada, USA, Sweden and Finland will play in this round robin tournament with the champion being crown on Thursday February 20th in Boston. Team Canada is being Captained by Sidney Crosby with Connor McDavid and Nathan MacKinnon serving at alternates.
This will be the first time since 2014 hockey fans will see best-on-best play each other and it sets the table for NHL players back at the Winter Olympics in 2026.
