It’s peach season and I just found your new favourite camping appetizer! Baked brie with a peach twist…
Start by caramelizing your fresh, skinned peaches. Lots of butter and brown sugar or honey. Flambe with a brown liquor (rum or whiskey).
Pour over a halfed brie wheel in a tin foil lined cast iron pan or dutch oven. Pop the other half of cheese on top then lid it up! Place on a medium heat fire for 15-25 min turning every 7 mins or so. Enjoy with some crusty sourdough or crackers.
