The GRAMMY nominations are out today! Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, Brandi Carlile, Doechii, and more will reveal the nominees during a livestream starting at 11 a.m. Eastern on the Recording Academy’s YouTube channel. Other presenters include Angelique Kidjo, CeCe Winans, David Foster, Jon Batiste, Karol G, Little Big Town, Lizzo, Masaki Koike, Mumford & Sons, Sam Smith, Gayle King, and Dr. Chelsey Green. The 2026 GRAMMY Awards will air live on CBS on February 1.
Charli XCX is stepping into her movie-star era, but she’s not leaving pop behind. The singer has announced her new original song House, written for Emerald Fennell’s upcoming Wuthering Heights adaptation, will drop this Monday. In a teaser clip, Charli is seen lying on the ground as a voice asks, “Can I speak to you privately for a moment?” She revealed on Instagram that she collaborated with Velvet Underground legend John Cale on the track, saying his phrase “elegant and brutal” shaped the sound and concept. “We spoke about the idea of a poem,” she wrote. “He recorded something… and it made me cry.”
It’s nearly the end of the road for Journey. The legendary rock band has announced that their upcoming Final Frontier Farewell Tour 2026 will be their last. The tour kicks off February 28 in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and includes stops in Washington, D.C., Green Bay, and Oklahoma City before wrapping up in Laredo, Texas, on July 2. So far, 60 dates have been announced, with more expected, though there are currently no shows scheduled in British Columbia.
