The Grammys are on Sunday and there is a star studded line up of performances. Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Slash from GnR, just to name a few. Putting her name in the record books as the first Solo K-pop star to take to the stage at the Grammys will be Rose. Born in New Zealand before moving to South Korea, Rose has built a very successful career in the music industry. First as a member of BlackPink and then as a solo artist and recently collaborating with Bruno Mars.
The Brit awards are also on the way on February 28. This year’s event will have the return of Harry Styles as he hasn’t had a chance to attend for the past 3 years. This time around, he is going to treat the audience to some new music. This is good news for fans and artists alike as he’s always bringing great tunes and it also means he can’t sweep the awards this year like he did in 2023.
Ozzy Osbornes widow, Sharon, is in talks to bring back the music festival “OzzFest”. Started 30 years ago by the Osbornes, “OzzFest” began as a one day event until it grew into a full tour with the last performance happening in 2018. Since the prince of darkness passing, Sharon has stated she would love to see her late husbands name in lights yet again and to possibly hear some of his songs performed by a full orchestra.
