We first talked about the “Elvis All-Star Tribute (aka The Best of the ’68 Comeback Special)” anniversary show back in October, now we know WHEN the show will air.
The 2-hour prime-time event will air FEBRUARY 17th.
The original “Elvis Comeback Special” aired on December 3, 1968 to celebrate the return of the King for the first time since 1961. It ended up becoming NBC’s highest-rated show of the season.

To commemorate Elvis Presley’s iconic 1968 TV special, they are putting together one star-studded tribute to The King!
“The 50th Anniversary of the Elvis Comeback Special” just finished 2 days of shooting in front of a live audience on The Voice stage in Hollywood.
Elvis’ daughter and granddaughter, Lisa Marie Presley and Riley Keough, shared in some of the hosting duties. Performers include Blake Shelton, Post Malone, Keith Urban, Shawn Mendes, Little Big Town, Mac Davis, Darius Rucker, Miranda Lambert, Adam Lambert, John Fogerty and Dierks Bentley.
