A member of the Hart community for 4 years, The Jerky Factory prides itself on being a business for the community, supporting Prince George through things like their non-perishable food donation bin, donation collection for the SPCA, shelf space for local residents to showcase their home-crafted items, and their ongoing support for small business. Jerky Factory’s lasagna for example is made by a local woman using the profits to help feed the homeless.
