Prince George Auto Wrecking is a certified automotive recycler, used parts retailer, auto repair shop, and designated inspection facility that has been serving the community since 1940.
Many decades later, the business continues to help with vehicles at the end of their life, recycling components and parts to help extend the life of other vehicles, or salvage for a later job. This work helps to keep usable pieces & equipment out of landfills and other areas, and allow repairs on a budget.023
Ryan Muxlow, manager of PG Auto Wrecking, explains that recycled parts regularly go for “half or better of what a new part costs. We’ve got warranty on the part, and it’s not just going to the landfill or garbage. It’s being put to use. They don’t always have to go shell out huge money on parts”.
In addition to helping the vehicles, Prince George Auto Wrecking also supports the local community by sponsoring local school events, junior dragsters, mini-stocks with PGARA, and more.
