Country Creations is a shop carrying candles, home décor, signs, outdoor decorations, and more.
As a store, Country Creations strives to create an environment where the community can feel the warmth & inviting atmosphere. Owner Jackie Romano says “when they come into the store, whether they’ve been here before or not, and they express how the store gives them such a great feeling, it just makes us feel good”.
As the business strives to help the community’s houses begin to feel more like homes, the community has also supported Country Creations back, especially throughout the past couple years. Two years ago, Country Creations changed locations, moving to their current shop on Massey, right in the onset of 2020’s shutdowns. Despite the uncertainty of the situation, the business took the risk of relocation, and Jackie explains that “the risk turned out to be a good adventure for us, and Prince George has come through for us and helped us to survive”.
Thanks to the community support, Country Creations continues their mission to provide gifts & décor that are simple, affordable, and memorable to Prince George.
