Sunset Glass is a glass installation and repair shop that has been operating in Prince George for over 20 years. Offering services to residents looking for help with everything from industrial, residential, and automobile glass, Sunset strives to have everything you may be looking for and providing custom-cut glass for special projects.
Founded by a father-son duo in 1999, Sunset Glass has since expanded to a full team of employees working to serve Prince George. The additional team members were necessary as they gained clients – including the city of PG, where Sunset works to install the glass on the newer city buses. Jason Nash, Manager of Sunset states “it takes three of us, if not four sometimes, to lift those windshields in the front of those buses”.
What some residents might not know, is that windshield replacements are no longer just swapping out glasswork. Jason explains that in the newer vehicles, “it’s not just doing a windshield anymore, they require calibration after the windshield’s done because of the safety cameras and everything”.
After repairing and replacing a windshield, Sunset Glass also strives to make sure that they go the extra mile to help their customers by washing the vehicles, tidying the interior, and adding an extra touch to cleaning up after their work.
The team at Sunset Glass looks forward to continuing to serve Prince George, and maintain a legacy of over two decades in the community.
