As much as I love my Traeger Grillfriend from RONA I can’t spend all of my free time with her. I do have family responsibilities and sometimes you need to hammer out a quick dinner.
These smoked pork chops with Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce were next level and are will now be in our regular meal rotation. They were sweet, smokie, and just enough spice that my 10-month-old son could handle it.
Liberally season your chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder and pop onto the Trager Grill for 30 minutes at 165°F.
Pull the pork chops off the grill and crank the heat to 450°F. Once to temp return them to the grill and baste with the Blues Hog BBQ sauce until caramelized and the pork hits an internal temp of 145°F. Serve with mashed potatoes and something green.
