Keep an eye on the sky Wednesday morning! Prince George will get a small glimpse of the partial solar eclipse on August 12.
It won’t exactly turn day into night—we’re only expecting about 6.2% of the sun to be covered—but it’ll still be pretty cool to catch.
The eclipse begins at 8:54 a.m., reaches its maximum at 9:28 a.m., and wraps up around 10:04 a.m.
Just remember: don’t stare directly at the sun! You’ll need proper solar-viewing glasses if you want to watch it safely.
