My mom
8 years ago this June my mom passed away..My mother was wonderful..we were Sask sheep farmers..with 6 kids in the family..mom not ony she help out on the farm, she also taught a 60% deaf child..then after all the kids moved out..her and my dad moved to the big city of MooseJaw!!..She continued to work..and still made us quilts with pictures of us kids and grandkids on them..which she stiched by hand..in saying all this..I just wanted to let you know that no one could ever fill her shoes after she passed and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss her...I was fortunate enough to get married before she passed..After she passed my mother in law stepped up to the plate..although she was always there for me and my husband..she always went above and beyond for her family as well..My mother in law Bea works at the hart Pioneer centre and anyone that goes there knows how good of a cook she is..she also looks after her husband Ray who unfortunetly has dementia..She has had a very hard life but every Sunday when she isn't working at the Hart Pioneer Centre she is having a family dinner..her family has always been #1..and has always come first ..so when I married her son..I was so lucky to be a part of that family..I would be lost without her and I now call her mom...She truly is a wonderful mother as well as a mother in law..and I feel blessed to be able to call her mom...for as much as she has given of her self I would love to give her this gift and have a girls nite out...she deserves it..
Thanks
Sandy
