Our Mama
Our Mother is an absolute treasure. She is one of a kind, and we are lucky to have her in our lives. Our Mum has worked tirelessly her whole life to give us the best experiences and opportunities. Even though life wasn't easy, we never went without. From our multiple sporting events all the way to Christmas, my Mum worked her hardest to ensure that we did not do without. We marvel at how she managed it now that we are all our in the working world and fending for ourselves!! She is the one person we can confide in, no questions asked. I don't think we even know how lucky we are. She is a prim and proper English lady who, at the same time, can be heard giggling at an inappropriate comment one of us has just made!! She is the lady who will try to treat you with a gift card you have bought for HER because, all she cares about, is spending time with you! She will never shy away from trying something new, especially if she knows that you want to try it! She works her butt off at step, cardiobox, and rypped with us!! She ran a half marathon with us and even repeated it the following year when the rest of us were too chicken! She is more resilient than I can ever dream to be. She is the best Mother-in-law that our husbands could have ever asked for. When we complain about some silly thing they have annoyed us with, she will often giggle and say "bless him". She is the best Grandma to her three rambunctious Grandsons! Everything we are and everything we have accomplished in life is because of her.
