World's Best Mom
My mother deserves to win this contest because she truly is the World's Best Mom (sorry other moms). I don't know how she got so good at it but she's been the best ever since my twin brother and I were born. She was thrown into motherhood and picked it up naturally. She's supported us through everything we have done, giving my brother and I every possible opportunity to succeed, regardless of what it took. She's worked tirelessly through the years, taking on many roles from Hockey mom at first, to Soccer mom in the later years, and even now still watching us play soccer at the university level. She comes out to all of our games and even the occasional practice. One of the best examples as to why I think she deserves this so much, is that not only is she an amazing mother to my brother and I, but she is a wonderful mother to others that aren't her own. Many of our teammates aren't from Prince George, and so must live up here alone. My mother regularly invites our friends to join us for Holiday dinners, cooking large meals, spending all day to prepare it, just so they can experience a close family meal even if they can't spend it with their family. She is truly the most loving, caring person I have ever known and I truly cannot think of anyone else that deserves to be treated on Mother's day more than my Mom.
